Cost should not be the main determining factor in choosing a home inspection company or a home inspector.
The best way to choose your home inspector is through recommendations from friends and relatives who have used the inspector's services and from interviewing the inspector yourself.
My pricing is based on the square footage of the house. Other factors such as the attributes and condition of the home may at times be considered. All inspection services are to be paid for at the time of the inspection.
